Paulette's Story

Life After graduating from 178, I attended Central Commercial High in NY and then moved to California where I studied Journalism at UCLA. I later got a degree in Education and over the years have worked as a educator, principal and freelance writer. I currently run a transcription and editing business out of my home. I love teaching, but my greatest loves have continued to be reading and writing. If I am not reading, writing or discussing books, or listening to great music--classical and jazz--I'm watching C-span or Link TV. I am a long-time social activist and associate myself with...Expand for more
peace, environmental and social justice issues. I am an amazing cook and have picked up my Dad's great love of cooking. My taste is eclectic--I enjoy international, food, clothing, music and world cultures. I am happy, healthy and in love with my husband--a professor of foreign language--and my beautiful children (most grown now), and would love to hear from some of the people I spent with what were some great years for me at St. Clair McKelway. You know what? I still remember the words to the school song..."All through the years forever we'll remember..." Remember?
