PeggyKay's Story
Life
I have been married since August 16, 1980 .We have three children one daughter who got out of the Air Force in July of 2006 and is married and is the mother of our two grandsons Robert James Basile III( RJ) and Joseph Nobile Basile ( Joey)they are the joy of our lives along with our three children as well. I also have two sons the oldest is Joseph Charles (Joey) he got married to a great girl Tracy Thomas in May of 2008 and was living in the Palmerton area, but last year they moved to North Carolina . And my youngest son Christopher ia 24 still lives at home with us. He has a wonderful girlfriend , Brittany Lyn Taschler. I work part time as a Certified Nurses Aide for an agency and presently collecting unemployment, but when that is up I will look for a full time night shift job..I graduated from Lincoln Technical School, July of 2006 as Medical Assistant. I started a new hobby one that I am pretty good at, target shooting never thought I would like shooting a gun as much as I do, I am a member of a pistol league, I was the only woman on the team, but now there are four woman on the team, I have been the secretary of the pistol league since we first start...Expand for more

I also make silk floral bouquets for weddings or any occasion on the side I made all the flowers for my daughters wedding and my nephews wedding , would love to do it as a business. I also make candy and do all kinds of baking and love to cook. I would love to start my own catering business.
School
My favorite teacher in school , was Mr. LeRoy Skinner after all these years we have still remained very good friends. Remember when class 10-c all got detention for having a tardy party before Mr. Morano's math class.
College
I graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in July of 2006 as a Medical Assistant and I Passed my state test and am now a registered/certified Medical Assistant.
Workplace
Right after graduation I was just a housewife, then a few yrs later I started to babysit in my home, then I worked in the Palmerton Hospital as a housekeeper, then as a nurse's aide, now I am a certified nurses aide and working as a private duty I go into peoples homes and take care of them. And I am presently looking for employment as a medical assistant. I recently acquired a full time positon at the hometown nursing center working night shift
