Penny McCracken's Story
1971 - Married - moved to Virginia
1973 - Single
1973 - birth of my son
1998 - first granddaughter
2003 - second granddaughter
2005 - third granddaughter
2002-2007 - College - Bachelors
I worked my way up through management in telcom, then I started working in a non-management lower paying, lower stress, more flexible (work overnight) job so that my days were free to be with my dogs (well - from 1995 - 2008 I had dogs) and with my granddaughters to do things like school field trips, stay home with them when they are sick or have a no school day. My family and my dogs and cats...Expand for more
have been the joy of my life! My one cat - very, very special, very,very beautiful Misty 1990-2005 and now Tigger, my granddaughter's cat lives with me, and there's Kaitlin - but the cats do not care whether I am home at day or night - the kids and dogs love to be outside doing something! I plan to add pictures on here real soon of my son John, granddaughters Lindsay 10, Sierra 5, Zayda 3, my cats - Misty who is gone now, Tigger 8, Kaitlin 12, and my dogs - Nikita 1996 - 2005, Shai 1995 - 2008.
