Perry's Story
Hi:
After Laurentian High School, I attended St. Pat's College (Carleton Univ) and then law school at Univ of Ottawa. I had a 30 year career in criminal justice administration and law enforcement at the Department of Public Safety.
I have had three non-fiction books published and have written for half a dozen international magazines. The topic of my second book (a biography of Bruce Lee protege, and my instructor, Dan Inosanto) has recently been optioned for a bio-pic by the producer of Saving Private Ryan. Billionaire Jon Paul DeJoria (Patron Tequilla, Paul Mitchell Hair Care Products) liked my cover story so much, he gave autographed copies to his senior manage...Expand for more

I still compete and teach martial arts, as well as, training young fighters.. In August 2017, I won the Gold Medal representing Canada in Karate at the World Police and Fire Games. Summer 2018, I won a Silver Medal at the Battle of Atlanta and rec'd the Joe Lewis Eternal Warrior Award for my contributions to Martial Arts; this is featured in the October issue of Black Belt . In 2019, I will be trying to win my second world championship at the ISKA World Championships in Orlando.
As my friend Dan Millman, author of The Peaceful Warrior, says "Be Happy Now, without reason, or you never will be".
