Perry's Story
Life
Upon graduating from Columbia River I bounced around working in construction in Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Idaho. I came back to Vancouver in the early 80's and became involved as Volunteer with the Fire Department and found it very rewarding. I finished going to Paramedic school at Providence Medical center and became a certified Paramedic and worked on a Mobile Intensive Care Unit for 3 1/2 years before being hired by the Fire Department full time. I have just started my 23rd year with them and still enjoy it very much.

ve 2 great boys ages 6 & 9. I am having a great time with them with sports and all the other fun stuff we do as a family. We are fortunate to be able travel quite a bit and have seen several countries together. I am currently working on finishing my AA degree's in Fire Science and Paramedicine. I still find time to hunt and fish.
I am teaching my sons to golf and they are very much enjoying it. We live outside of Vancouver in Hockinson on some acreage which is a project that we enjoy working on. We just finished an extensive remodel of our home and are now settling back in to it.
