Peter's Story
I commuted to Saint Peter's College in Jersey City, which persuaded me NEVER to have Tonnelle Avenue (or northern New Jersey, for that matter) in my life.

en fired, flew with the Blue Angels, searched foreign fishing trawlers from a Coast Guard cutter, was the first reporter to visit East Coast oil rigs 100+ miles offshore, went into coal mines, toured NORAD and ICBM silos, covered the NFL, major league baseball and boxing, befriended a Miss California and the FIRST Miss America, and even danced with actress Janet Leigh. Lisa and I met in 1994. We have been in northwestern Ohio since January 2008 and we love it. (No, it's not Fairview. But then, what else is?) ... I've travelled to Europe many times and to Cuba, but not on assignment.
My mother, 88, is doing well in a nursing home in Englewood, and my wife's family is in Cape May County, so I get back often to Exit 18E.
