Phyllis's Story
I married in 1972, and quickly had four kids. Did a lot of song writing, while we were seeking our ideal life on the farm. Oh yes, we went back to the land. Eventually the recession pulled us back into society and we ended up starting a business. We now manufacture stone in Knoxville and are fortunate to have some success.

not going on to college. I paint, a sew and do other creative things. I still enjoy music as well.
I have learned to love and appreciate life.
Still married, have 6 grandchildren that I adore. We are a close family.
I remain curious about the past I left behind, but not in as unhealthy way.Just wonder sometimes what it would have been like to take the normal path to contentment. That just isnâÂÂt the way it happened for me.
