R. Corky's Story

I'm looking forward to September because my Girlfriend RJ reserved tickets for the Dolly Parton Concert at our favorite leisure time venue, Northern Quest. I especially like Dolly's recordings, Lucille, Coat of Many Colors, and Apple Jack. I intend to be in the meet and greet line so I can have my picture with Dolly. I'll post here. Life is wonderful in Coulee country. A recent highlight of my leisure time was attendance of the Lorrie Morgan and Pam Tillis Concert at the Northern Quest Venue. The performance was terrific, actually one of the best I've ever attended and great crowd response. I posted my picture here with these two Country Giants and that was a nice experience also. This all happened about a week ago, on January 17, 2016. This fall is beautiful and I'm anxious for Zag Basketball. I enjoy watching my big screen downstairs. With 2 knee replacements I'm not very good at negotiating crowds and bleachers. I'm pretty independent otherwise. Today my big task was preparing and cooking a pot roast. I enjoy this type of meal during cool fall days. The Dotson crew is home from Europe and we're pleased that they had so much fun and traveled safely. Oh yes, they are the group my Girlfriend traveled with as mentioned below. I received a coffee mug from Paris, a rosary, and a T shirt. I need to get up to Green Bluff soon for some Honey Crisp apples. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! My Girlfriend is currently traveling Europe while I...Expand for more
remain home with daughter Diane. RJ is traveling with our daughter Kim, son Brad, and Grandson Kale. They have posted many pictures on my Facebook page. Of course you won't find it because I don't use my actual name. So.... if you are interested in what I do and where I have been, Talk to me. My career involved a lot of moves including Montana, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii but now I'm enjoying life: wasting time and taking up space. I like to cruise the backroads in my 1976 Ford F100 Stepside. I usually have my friends: George Jones, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn et. al. with me. I enjoy stopping at good steak houses like Wolf Lodge, Outback, Jaker's and a few others. I've done some Marathon's but those days are history. I ran at Portland and Honolulu. My life has been a wonderful journey and I know I've outlived a lot of those guys along the way who took life too seriously. I did a lot of travel related to my work so I don't do that no more. Airports and plane confinement aren't enjoyable but my girlfriend enjoys travel so its without me and it works well for us. That's all I can tell you...if you need to know more, hit me up and I'll take you to dinner. what else is there in life? I'm puzzled by guestbook visits to my page but visitors leaving no tracks or comments. I hope you don't visit my home, knock on the door and then run and hide. C'mon get real and leave me a note or summary of your thought.
