Rachel's Story
Life
After graduating from THS in 1990, I attended Brigham Young University for 3 years. I then left on a mission to Harrisburg, PA for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints for a year and a half. When I got home I went back to BYU and finished. d up moving back to Tehachapi after getting a job teaching English at THS. I worked as an English teacher at THS from 1998-2003, then in Mojave for the 03-04 year. I then opened my own business with my mom called Rosie's Sweet Shoppe in downtown Tehachapi for a few years. Now I get to be a stay home mom and love it. My husband and I live in Tehachapi and we have three daughters.
