Life Went to Baker High School in Columbus Ga for 3 years (in class of 48), but graduated from Central High School of Phenix City,Ala.in 1947. Went into USN and discharged 1950 when I met my lifelong mate in Church. She was in Baker High class of 50. After courses in Auburn in Architecture, worked as Architectural Project Mgr. on many USA engineering projects in 8 or 9 states). Then Spent the next 20 year or more managing overseas projects in Singapore, China, Puerto Rico, and France (staying about 1 + years in each country). Spent the last 2 + years in Puerto Rico managing Pharmaceutical project addition. I have 5 kids, scattered all over, and have been married to same love for 52 years. Am semi-retired, (on call) for another project possibly overseas. Life has been good to me and my wife except for our son's death. School Loved music and was band member for 4 years (3 yrs at Baker, and 1 year at central HS) I was inspired by my math teacher most at Baker. My funniest time was having to take short hand writing (to make up credits) in a class full of girls. I was shy, so the girls had fun with me. ha ha. Was great at spelling until I took that class. Most enjoyable were the band trips, even if the bus broke down so many times. We had a very good band the year at central, and a good band leader.
