Ralph's Story

Linda and I left Kearny in May of 1984 and have lived on the West Coast (San Diego-Seattle-San Diego) or further (Guam) ever since. Have been in San Diego since 92. Retired from the Navy in Jan 09 after 28.5 years and now work for the Navy doing the same thing but only as a civilian. The Navy years were good for us, allowing us ...Expand for more
to live and travel throughout the world. We have 2 girls, one at UC Davis and the other in 6th grade. We plan to stay here in San Diego when I retire for good (hopefully when the youngest graduates high school in 6 more years). Have been back to Kearny 6 times in the past 25 years and have to say I enjoyed each visit very much.
