Randall's Story
At CVHS, couldn't see value in proving I knew the material, so I got a lot of F's - too many to graduate with my class.
Attended USMC, which is a tough school - just the proof that I'd passed Orientation was enough to put me over the top on electives and get my diploma from CVHS. Majored in physics, minored in chemistry, spent my sophomore year in Japan with two field trips to Korea. Graduate work in information systems.

Always been a science fiction fan & space nut. NEVER been satisifed to sit back and watch. Joined ERPS in 1995, my lifetime goal there became to put something into space - just a 62 mile hop, not orbit - that I had helped build.
Did good work at ERPS, culminating in seven liquid fuel launches from Mojave in 2002. Got noticed, started at XCOR in 2003. XCOR has more manned rocket vehicle flights in this century than every other operator in the world combined. I flew right seat in a rocketplane in July 2008.
My lifetime goal at XCOR is to walk on the moon. I think I can do it.
