Randall's Story
Workplace
When I was 12, my dad told my mom to drop me by the plant, after school of course! I walked in and he handed me a broom and told me to start sweeping. Ah, the good old days of child labor, :<{) That was the beginning of my adventure in hydraulic machinery. I went on to learn about the machines we make and, after a few years spent in "higher education", I came back home and went to work full time. That was 1978. 83 & '86, had 2 wonderful daughters. I continued working with my dad through the eventual break-up of that marriage. After about 6 years as a "resurrected bachelor", I refound the love of my life, Gail, and married her! As the years past, Dad and I worked together as well as a father and son can. I have continued our business, although it has been difficult without his wisdom, knowledge and the occasional swift kick to my behind. He trained me well and know it is my turn to make him proud. So, that's the short version. If you'd like, drop me a line and we can share what happened since we walked out of DCHS and into "real life". Oh, and if you have need for a baling press to use in compacting loose materials for storage, shipping, etc., please drop me a line, too. Thanks!
