Randy's Story
Hi Everyone! I've Been Living in Wyoming (The Cowboy state) Since June of 1980, I miss the old days in Oregon when the men had long hair and the women wore long summer dresses, of course hip huggers will always be close to my heart! We don't get much rain here!
I've Been Working Since the spring of 1977 for Two Railroads, I've been with the BNSF Railroad Since Spring of 1979, I Got married June 17th 1978, We are Closer now then we ever were! She is a wonderful Lady! (Rae Ellen Huck) we have one Child (Ryan) a son that has become one of my closest friends! Ryan is like myself a Locomotive Engineer for the BNSF. so we work together as well as play together, I have Often refused to take Student Engineers but I made an exception for My Son Ryan, After all, I taught him how to ride a bicycle, Motorcycle, Drive a car, Operate Boats, snow ski, you name it, heck I even potty trained him so why not teach him how to Operate the heaviest and Longest Machine on our planet.

often haul over 19,000 Tons of coal originating here, with 18,000 Horse power at my finger tips. I often Jokingly say I'm doing my part for global warming, In Truth, as caretakers of our planet and our children's future we need to insist that coal fired power plants are moved to scrub the exhaust emissions clean! Its nonsense they are allowed to pollute like they do, when its not hard to burn coal cleanly, its only more expensive.
Chinas growth would come to a standstill without their coal fired power plants, their coal use dwarfs ours and nothing at all is done to their emissions, its irresponsible to our planet to burn coal in that manor!
I've recently heard our Country has more Coal Reserves then the rest of the world combined. Let¿s use those reserves cleanly and help gain independence from foreign oil. It seems our Country is failing like a house of cards, because of our dependence on oil.
