Ray A.'s Story

I may be remembered by some as Toby W. McKenzie, but after I turned 18 I had my name legally changed to Ray A. McKenzie. I graduated from Boyd County High in 2000 and went straight into college that fall. I now have a degree in Criminal Justice and after a bad car accident and some nerve damage my chances at a law enforcement career were gone so I did the next...Expand for more
