Ray's Story
Married in 12/2/1960 to Jane Arterberry. We have two boys and one daughter. We have six grandchildren two of them live in Sweden. We traveled in the states and overseas in my job at MDC.
Retired from Boeing in 2001 after interesting career. Started working as aircraft mechanic/electrical installer on the production line. Later was an electronic technician after completing a company-training program. In 1962 took the position as a field service representative and traveled for the company. ity and Maintainability engineer. Started college courses in night school and completed BS degree. Became a manager of the maintainability group working on a new aircraft design. Returned to night school and obtained a dual MA in Computer and Information Resources Management and Management. Transferred to the Research and Development department where numerous trips were made to assist in development of advanced technologies and computer systems. Retired in 2001 but was hired as a consultant engineer by HI-TECH Associates and completed assignments in 2006.
