Rebecca's Story
School
Haha! Does anyone really fill out who their biggest crush was? LOL! Unfortunately, I did not have a teacher that inspired me the most...I really barely remember their names. I loved science, history, and business courses the most, still do. I most definately would not do HS all over again...only way would be if I had the knowledge I do now, that most of that mattered very little. There were some really good friends I had at the time, that I'd love to get in touch with again...which is why I'm even spending the time doing this. Awesome people are what matters most to me and they were what helped me through HS. Good friends make the world go round!
College
College was different than I thought it would be. I stayed in Salle...Expand for more
y Hall Freshman year, and then stayed in McCollum Sophmore year. I remember so many nights staying up so late watching tv downstairs in Salley Hall with a group of guys, most of whom I still know. I think as we get older, we realize how to be better friends to people...
I worked about half or more of my spring breaks. I did have the wonderful opportunity to go to Mardi Gras two times! Yeah baby! Actually, I first drank alcohol at Mardi Gras in 1998.
I worked for a professor a summer and fall semester, that was pretty neat. I also worked at Strozier Library 2 different times in college: Sophmore year and then again Junior into my masters program. Then I worked at Learning Systems Insitute.
Okay enough random college stuff... :D
