Rebecca's Story
Life
I've been married since 2001 to Mac. I had my son, Benjamin, in 2005, and my daughter, Mia, in 2010.
What's new about me since high school that you might not expect? Well, I have five tattoos after about eight or nine actual tattoo sessions). I'd like to get more, but I'm running out of places that I can cover up...
I worked at PEMCO Insurance Company for 12 years and left in February 2006 to stay at home with Benjamin. Now, in addition to managing both kids full time, I also run a small publishing company owned by my mother-in-law. In October of 2006, I authored and published my second book, "Bringing Out Baby: Places to Take Babies and Toddlers." - I never would have seen myself in that role back in high school but I have to say I really enjoyed it. Now I am in the process of starting a new personal organizing business with a friend.
We live in Medina, WA, which is a little community next to Bellevue. It's the same neighborhood that some famous Microsoft people live in, but no, we don't live in a mega-mansion!
College
Attempted to go to WSU for college (Kristin McMillan - now Larson and I were roomies) but managed to spend more time drinking and more money on the pictureman than going to class. So in 1989 after a year and a half there, I moved home and transferred to TCC to get my grades up. Finally, I got into UW where I graduated from with a degree in Political Science.
