Workplace
I'm retired and enjoying life. I consult occasionally and enjoy hands on projects.
I worked for the U.S. Department of Transportation in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation. I was responsible for the emergency transportation program for supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency during natural or man-made disasters.
During Hurricane Katrina, I coordinated the air evacuation of the city and provided transportation and logistical support for various federal agencies.
I am hoping however to return to my main career in aviation. I am a qualified airline pilot and looking forward to returning one day.

I served as General Manager of a Privately Black owned airlines called Prestige Airways from 1994 to 1997. From there I served as Director of Flight Operations for Word of Faith International Christian Center in Southfield Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.
Military
I joined the Air Force right out of high school and served for 3 years. During this tour I served at Shaw AFB, SC, and Clark AB, Phillippines.
I got out in May 74 and after being out a year I joined the Army in 75. I traveled to Korea, Ft. Benning, GA and Spangdahlem, Germany before becoming a Warrant Officer and Helicopter Pilot. I later picked up fixed wing aircraft and retired in 1992 as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. While in the military I completed my Bachelors Degree at Troy State University.
