Rianne's Story
Went to college after raising my 4 children and became a RN.Lived and worked in Buffalo NY for 33 years, moved to Seaford (2002)and worked at Stony Brook Hosp, and NYU Medical Center in NYC. Moved to AZ(2004) to watch my first grandchild grow up and now#8 just arrived. I have a 40yr daughter in Seattle with a girl and boy, a 39 yr daughter with a 4 month old son in Dubai UAE, a 38 yr son here in Phoenix with 2 girls and 2 boys.and my youngest son is 30 with a 3 week old son here in Phoenix.Bought my first house here in AZ and work night shift. Hoping to semi retire in a few years if I can afford it! Enjoying being a grandma- 5 kids live close by- but feel isolated living out in the desert. I miss NY but not the snow.
My parents and siblings still in & around Seaford,so I fly home every 3 months or so.
Just thought it would be nice to reconnect with old friends.

. Now retired. Grandchild #10. Is now 1 year old.
I am moving to Texas with hopes of settling in Virginia in a year or so.
Still visit Seaford at least 3 times a year. Looking forward to traveling and visiting all my family and friends
Still have the same email.
May 2014: Grandchildren # 11 & 12 arrived this month! Going to
" snow bird " and live in Massapequa Park for the summer and Fredericksburg Texas for the winter. Retired a year now. Love retirement hate the poverty! Same email address . My parents are still living in the same house in Seaford. :-)
2017. I live in Massapequa Park in my brother Matt's upstairs apt. Hated Texas so I left 2 1/2 yrs ago. Both parents are 91 still living in our family home in Seaford! My brothers and I, along with some aides, take care of them so they can remain in their home. Not much of a retirement yet, but it's nice to still have them in our lives. Looking forward to our 50 yr Reunion... how did we get this old so fast?!?!
