Richard P.'s Story
Been in New Paltz since 1977 running the family business with my father. Rental units, catering and night club. We closed down (needed a break) the catering and night club in the mid 2000s, but kept all the permits in the event we wanted to reopen. In 2010 I purchase the business from my father so he and my mother can enjoy retirement...Expand for more
. Unfortunately he had a stroke three months later and passed, then my mom passed in 2019. Now its beyond the time for me to retire and have the property and business up for sale.
On a brighter note, I had the opportunity to travel to many very nice vacation spots in and out of the county. Looking forward to do that again once I sell.
