Richard's Story

Life After graduating from St. Raymond's, I attended St. John's, and majored in Psychology and Theology. Married to Laura since 1977, we moved to Schenectady shortly afterward so I could complete a Masters in Social Work at SUNY-Albany. I've worked as a Psychiatric Social Worker since 1979 and am currently Program Manager at a treatment program in Schenectady. We have 4 boys: Ricky, Paul, Mike and Sean. We get back to the Bronx a few times a year...Expand for more
to visit family & friends. Our first grandson, Eden Michael, was born in April 2008 and our second, Tristan Giovanni, arrived July 22, 2009. Granddaughters Katrina and Sadie arrived in 2011. Sadly, Katrina succumbed to SIDS after 7 weeks. I've been doing Stand-up Comedy for almost 2 years and recently was a contestant on Who Wants to be A Millionaire on TV at the end of January 2011! Laura and I visited Ireland in July 2011 with my winnings.
