Richard's Story

Life I lived in Charlotte, NC for several years after graduating from Marshall University with a degree in Fine Art. In 1989 I finally took the big plunge and moved to NYC to really get involved in the arts. I became the director of a major NY art gallery but longed to be creating my own paintings and, after the tragic events of 9/11, I decided life is too short not to follow your dreams. country about an hours drive north of Manhattan. Here I have my studio and have developed my own successful art career. I am represented by galleries in NYC and Miami and my goal is to invade the market in Europe this coming year. Not big fans of children, George and I have two Italian greyhounds, a yorkie, 7 snakes and various other reptiles. Just treated myself to a motorcycle and spend most of my free time riding in the Hudson Valley.
