Life
Hello All! I have 4 children, 12 grandchildren and love them all. My grandchildren are the light of my life.
I love wheeling and dealing in everything from gov. surplus to heavy equipment, houses, vehicles, trailers and anything I can make money on. I used to buy and sell horses so I guess I'm a genuine horse trader. :)
I enjoy renovating old homes and am currently living in a 150 yr. old farmhouse. It's a great place with a private park with stream and 15 acres of woods as well as 30 acres of farmland. When I'm done renovating I will build a bio-diesel production plant here.
My nearest neighbor is 1.5 km away and I have the only house on the road so it's very private. I'm also 90 seconds off the 401 and 20 min. from Oshawa where my wife works. She's an RPN. I met her in Durham College in the fall of 1970 and we're still together. Life is good but really busy, especially with this old house. It's very old and needs tons of work but it's getting there.
I'm also working on starting a new political party called the New Libberals. I'm so tired of the crooks and idiots running our country into the ground. I don't believe in taxation and it's not necessary to tax to run the country and supply extremely improv...Expand for more
ed social, educational and government services to people. We just have lower IQ types in office who don't know any better.
I'm also an avid gun collector, reloader and shooter. I have collected everything from 1700's wheel locks to modern assault types including M16's, M14's, FN's, AK47's, etc. I also collect a lot of handguns. I spend a lot of weekend time at gunshows and check gun trading web sites every day. After 40 years of gun collecting I have finally decided what particular type excites me the most. I intend to build Canada's finest collection of SKS types. Oh yes, while at any given time my collection can range from 100 to 300 guns, I do not hunt. I don't feel a need to kill anything. But I'm not opposed to hunting for food for those who do it. I am extremely opposed to hunting for trophy or sport.
I love all animals and our farm is a private animal refuge where all kinds of animals live freely. We have deer on our back lawn.
I have had a lot of pets, especially with four kids and country living. We've had dogs and cats galore, horses, ponies, a raccoon, mice, rats, ferrets, snakes, lizards, rabbits, parrots and lots of other critters.
