Richard Spencer Robinson:  

My family moved to the Seattle area after my junior year, so I did not graduate from Provo High. I graduated from Renton High School in Renton, WA. I returned to Provo in the fall of '68 to attend BYU. After a year at BYU, I worked at the Sea-Tac Airport until May of 1970, when I enlisted in the Marines. I was released from active duty in May of '72, and returned to BYU. I was on the wrestling team for three years. After a few breaks to earn some money, I graduated in '78 with a BA in Spanish. (Sí, todavía hablo español.) I entered law school in '79 at BYU. I graduated in '82 and took a job in the DA's Office in Las Vegas. In '83 I became a prosecutor in West Valley City. In October of 1988 I went to work for the State of Utah as an Administrative Law Judge(ALJ). I served there for nearly 15 years. Following a reduction in force, I worked at the Utah State Tax Commission as an ALJ for over three years.
