Richard's Story
Dr. Richard E. Williams has an earned Ph.D degree and has authored four books and is the Executive Producer of the Outpouring Broadcast & Cutting Edge Video. To date: he has produced over a 1000 television programs and other various specials, such as events, music videos mission videos and mini movies. Dr. Williams periodically hosts several other television programs on the TCT network that air locally, nationally and internationally.

ouring Worship Center in Ravenna, Michigan since 1990. He previously pastored in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. He began serving in the ministry at the age of 20 and has been pastoing churches since the age of 22 Along with pastoring, Dr. Williams travels internationally speaking in crusades, conferences and revivals. He flows in the apostolic calling with signs & wonders following.
He and his lovely wife, Lorna, have six children: Jessica, Alicia, Amanda, Bethany, Graham and Laura.
