Richard Wintermantel:  

el has participated with Peter Drucker on American Management Association global telecasts. He has chaired the US Conference Board’s Organization & Management Council, is published on organization change, strategic human resources management, and building organizational capability, and some of his concepts are reported in Judith Bardwick’s In Praise of Good Business. A graduate of General Electric’s Corporate Management Development Program, Dick worked within five G.E. operations, as well as corporate headquarters. At G.E. and subsequently at Motorola, Dick led Leadership Development, Organization Effectiveness, Executive Succession, Organization Design, Workforce Diversity, Recruiting, Assessment and Testing, and Technical Training, as well as compensation, union relations and employee communications. Dick Wintermantel holds an AB (Economics), and a Doctorate of Law (University of Virginia). He earned admission to Virginia's Bar.
