Life The day that everyone else in my class graduated, I skipped graduation and got married to Nancy. We are still married; it will be 26 years this June. Shortly after graduation (about 2 weeks), I left for Navy basic training. I volunteered for submarine duty and ended up as a missile technician. Long story short, I stayed Navy for 26 years, spent 18 years on three ballistic missile submarines, completed more than 19 patrols (even if I won’t say how many more than 19), and then spent my last 6 years in the Navy working for the Director of Strategic Systems Programs. The Navy gave me the opportunity to live and travel around the country, and travel around the world. I recently finished my undergraduate education in the Legal Studies program at the University of Central Florida and will start law school in Lansing, Michigan in the fall of 2005. Nancy and I had one child; he currently lives near Seattle, Washington and works in government service at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Update as of Nov...Expand for more
