Rick's Story
I received a master's degree in nuclear engineering from UM in 1993 and moved to Washington State. I'm currently working as a nuclear engineer for AREVA Federal Services LLC in Tacoma, WA. I have 2 kids, Racheal and Adam, and am currently single. Racheal is 22 and Adam is 16. I like to read, write, watch movies, ride my bike (when it's warm...), hike (if it's not too steep), and loaf around. What I don't like...Expand for more
to do is clean (stay away from my bathroom...).
People always ask me what I "do" for a living. I do neutron and gamma ray transport simulations. People also always want to know if I build bombs (as in nuclear bombs). Not anymore. :-)
I've also become one of those liberals you are always hearing about!
