I am living in Rhode Island, been here for the past 15 years, live here with my wife and 2 dachshunds. I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren who live in the Central Mass area. I have been working for Navy stores for the past 10 years, as a Network Engineer. I specialize in working with Cisco equipment. I do a lot of traveling with them all over the east coast. I got back into running in early 2005. after 23 years of not running because of an injury. I got so overweight that one day, I said enough is enough and I started slowly running one mile, that was pure hell that first time and kept going, I eventually lost 50 pounds over the that next year. Today I run a lot of races in the Masters division both on the road and on the track. I have run last 5 years in the steeplechase. I travelled out to MN, National Masters Track championships where I competed in the steeplechase 4th place and the 10K 6th place on the track.
