Robert's Story
Greetings to all who seem to wonder what I've been upto, since leaving Kamsack. Since 1978 I have operated a manufacturing company on a global scale. I moved the company from Calgary to Saskatoon in1982, primarily serving the automotive, oil drilling, AG markets, along with several lesser area's.
I chose Saskatoon so my daughter could grow up with grampa/grandma in Kamsack.
I have spent many years in other countries with related companies in the USA, England & Portugal.
I have travelled exstensively throughout europe with my company, plus throughout central america and the caribbean, mostly scuba diving and sight seeing.
I turned 64 this year 2012, and I soon hope to sell my present company, moving to the caribbean and Isreal to pursue my other life changing interest.

Instead of repeating over and over, I own Northwest Polymers, Inc. with I started in 1988. My background is polymer sciences/chemistry. I formulate chemical formula's for use in the oilfield off-shore drill ships & on-shore drilling platforms, plus automotive plastic adhesives global.
I am presently starting a new company ChemStar USA/Canada Inc., producing coatings for industrial equipment/machinery and oil platforms, plus mining products. This will be my last corporate venure as the clock is ticking and even I need a change. I need to keep my hand in international business, as I cannot retire completely as I would not deal with retirement easily. To many years spent in airplanes.
