Left TRHS in 1961 before graduating because my dad relocated to find work. Really hated leaving Sugar Creek as I loved the area, but at 16 you don't have many choices. Went to Florida with my family and they wanted me to start 12th grade over, so I quit school and worked for about a year and saw my life was going nowhere, so I enlisted in the Army and spent a year in Alaska and reenlisted to get out of there and then went to Nato Headquarters in Paris for about three years. While in the Army I completed my GED and took some college courses. Married a French girl and we went to Germany where they said she had TB and wouldn't let her in the US. Got out of servic because of it, and was going to return to France and live, but that and marriage didn't work out and I moved on. Went back to Detroit where my family lived and stayed there until 1970. In late 1970 I married again and we had three kids and lived in Detroit, Michigan and then moved to Barbourville, Kentucky where I went to and graudate from Union College with as degree in accounting. We lived in Kenturck for 6 years and then moved to Texas where we lived until our divorce in 1993. I became a plant manager in a manufacturing plant and was then recurited to Pittsburgh, Pa to startup a new plant in a converted steel mill. It was a good career move for me but my family did not like Pittsburgh and returned to Texas without me. After 1 year of travelling back and forth I gave in and returned to Texas, but the damage in the marriage was too much and we divorced. My girls were over 18 and were away from home except for teenage son so I left my ex in Texas and moved back to Florida. My son choose to remain in Texas with my ex. Didn't like being single after over 20 years of marriage, so I married a 21 year old .....ya ya......I know......with three kids.
