After St Joe's, I attended community college for 2.5 years and received an associate degree as a paralegal. Tried for 2 years working a fulltime job and applying for jobs in the Paralegal field with no success so I went into restaurant management. Met my first wife on a blind date and was married in 1980. John Janda was my best man, also, the godfather of Nicole, my first daughter. At that time, I worked for McDonald's as a manager which continued until 1987 when I had enough of being a glorified babysitter at McDonald's and tried something new. That lasted for about 2 years with no success so went back to McDonald's. my first daughter, Nicole, was born in 1982 and just turned 26 this week. Boy, am I getting old. She is a graduate of UMSL and is a certified teacher. Works in a small school district in Columbia, Mo. teaching 1st grade. Trying to get back to the St Louis area as her friends and boyfriend all live here. my next daughter, Ashley, was born in 1985. she just turned 23 in February and is currently attending SLU majoring in Occupational Therapy. Good, at least one daughter who will actually make money and will be able to take care of me in my old age. Nicole states that she is going to place me in a cheap home. my last daughter, Kayleigh, was born in 1988. she is currently attending St Charles Communtiy College and has now been accepted at MSU in Springfield, Mo. not sure if she has made up her mind as to a major. back to my history. in 1992, the proverbial crap hit the fan and i divorced my wife. had a rough 4-5 years with assorted problems. if interested, ask and i will tell; otherwise, don't want to bore you. left McDonald's and returned as a courier for about 6 years until 2000 when I accepted a job in the mailroom for Sedgwick CMS which led to a 7.5 year career as a work comp claims examiner. during that time, a mutual friend set me up with a friend of hers and we dated for 2 years and I married her, Jan, on my birthday, 08/09, in 2006. everybody told m...Expand for more
