Robert's Story
Hi there. I went to Washington Elementary from 1947 to 53. We were the first class to spend both 7th and 8th grade at Herrick Jr. Hi. Then went to DGHS and graduated in 59. Tried out engineering college, did not like it and then went to Chiropractic college, graduated in 1967. Got married in 66, to a young lady with 4 children, and set up my Chiropractic practice in Addison, Il. w home in Tucson, Arizona in January 1973 and decided that we needed to move to Arizona to get away from winters in Chi town. You can have a rich, full life without spending winters in Chicago, or the Chicago area is a good place to be FROM in winter!!! We moved to Tucson in 1992. I worked for a couple of different Chiropractors here and retired in 2006. Sadly, breast cancer claimed my wife in 2001, which has made life different than we had planned, but one goes on. Luckily, all 9 grandkids are here in Tucson, so life is not dull. Bob Miller
