Rob's Story
Life
I graduated from Edgewood College in 1995 with a B. S. in Criminal Justice. I have lived in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and am currently living near Corpus Christi, Texas.
I married a woman from Georgia and was divorced in 2004, and have a son with her named Adam.
I am living near Corpus Christi, Texas working as a substance abuse counselor.
School
I had too many crushes in high school to count and was really too shy to do anything about them. The teacher I remember most in high school was Mr. Phelps at Memorial because he appeared to love to teach us and had such a love of the material. was so much simpler then and I was able to be with my friends everyday and didnt have to worry about "grown up" issues like my career, paying bills, children etc.
College
My time at MATC was somewhat similar to high school but it was neat to be able to sit and talk with new people and hang out with people from high school, playing games in the lounge and I miss it in a lot of ways. UW-Milwaukee was a different experience but I wouldnt do it different because of the range of people I met. I loved my time at Edgewood College because to me I felt a part of the campus, it was big enough and yet still small enough to keep me involved and I didnt feel like I got lost in the shuffle.
