wow, doesn't that seem long ago?); member of the OLC Ramblers, thought about becoming a priest but that idea got lost; graduated from Brooklyn Tech H.S. with a few guys from our OLC class; entered U.S. Naval Reserve after H.S. while going to N.Y.C. Community College; was assigned to submarine while on active duty; hired on with N.Y.Telephone Co. in 1969 and transferred to Southern Bell Tel. Co. in 1974 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl; earned B.S. degree in Professional Management from Nova University; retired from BellSouth Tel. Co. in 2000 but hired on with other comminucations companies to date; married in 1970, divorced in 1980 but...Expand for more
remarried in 1981 and coming up on 28 happy years; have 2 grown daughters and 2 grown step-sons.
Now at age 70 have worked in telecom industry for little over 50 years, time to retire but still feel too good to just take it easy. Bought travel trailer, always loved camping with the family, start small by visiting sites in Florida first. Eddie Lipnicki was my best friend but lost track many years no, no interests in common now; would still love to get in touch with my first crush, Connie Zawacka, just to say hi and that I remember. Don’t do any social media, got too many computer viruses from Facebook.
Still happily married to wife Sylvia.
