Rodney's Story
I left Clermont High School not really knowing what I wanted to do other than go to college. After spending two quarters at FAMU, I joined the U.S. Army and stayed for the long haul. I served tours of duty in Europe twice, Alaska, Georgia, Oklahoma, and North Carolina, before retiring in 1996 from active duty.

's still around. Mr. Woods was full of wisdom, knowledge and important information for young impressionable students. He taught us gardening, welding and things that we had no idea would be valuable later in life.
I currently live northwest of Atlanta with my wife, a '79 graduate of Clermont High. We plan to return to central Florida sometime in the future, Lord willing!
