rodney's Story
Hi! I'm afraid I was invisible and, thus, largely forgotten, but here goes. I went to numerous elementary schools,Central Jr. High, and then to Rush Springs Jr. High in the 9th grade. Returned to Lawton and attended LHS from 1969-1972 from where I graduated as well. Afterward,a short stint at The Salvation Army School for Officers' Training,Atlanta,GA,and then,in Ardmore,OK,I met the love of my life. We raised 2 daughters and were married for more than 35 years. Although I never attained a college degree or material success,I pride myself in my family and long-lived marriage. My wife, sadly, passed away in midAugust,2010. I've discovered being single now does not agree with me,but I am learning to cope, while constantly keeping my eyes open for my next sweetheart and soulmate. Hope there's more than one per customer. I've been on Disability since 1992. My music likes range greatly, from Reba and Patsy Cline,to Bill Gaither and Pete Carlson, from CCR,Cher, and golden oldies,to love, folk, and Broadway music. I also enjoy OLD music, such as The Big Band Era. Favorite authors are Dean Koontz,Stephen King,Clive Cus...Expand for more

I own a large collection of Native American miscellania and love grandfather and cuckoo clocks. At present,I live in Goddard,KS,aattend an Assembly of God church, live with my daughter and her family to help with cooking and chauffeuring the kids---but in process of finding own place again. I'm an Okie with a Deep South accent (I lived in SE GA for a decade) who lives in Kansas.(lol) I'm on Facebook. I would enjoy hearing from any of you who may remember me or want to get to know me....especially single women!!!!
