Roman's Story

Life This bio could sound like something out of "Gross Point Blank" if I'm not careful. Okay. Those of you who know me, must have assumed that I would eventually join the military or something like it. So, it must not be too shocking to see that I went to work in law enforcement. I enjoyed being a cop, but found that the enviroment is not very conducive to a healthy mental state. It might make certain people laugh to hear that the larger portion of my enforcement activity usually took place when I was off duty and in the city. It was very common for me to be at a club in SF, witness a crime take place, then chase the suspect(s) down dark alleyways while wearing a tuxedo. I'd come into work in the morning, walk into my Lt.'s office and say: "Boss, I had another adventure last night....". It was a real joy to be able to help people. Unfortunately, the job's negative side is something that is hard to avoid soaking up. I could go on for days about why I chose to leave, but if you would like more details, ask me in person. It reads like a novel. While I was studying A.J. in college, I became interested in foreign exchange currency trading. I began to study the subject indepth and developed an effective system through the application of probability theory. I've been managing client accounts as well as trading for myself in Forex for 10 years now. My early interest in martial arts(ninjutsu) turned...Expand for more
out to be more than a passing phase. I stuck with it through 23 years and reached 5th degree black belt in august of 2000. While working for the Sheriff's Office, I was assigned to the D.T. team, and for 6 years I taught defensive tactics and arrest/control courses to many of the Marin County public safety agencies. During the course of my martial arts training, I came into contact with individuals who were involved in the private intelligence industry. As recent world events destabilize and threaten the security of the public, governments and large corporations have come to rely on the specialized approach that our organization provides. I have continued to work in and around that field up to the present. I got married in November of 1996. Chris McCune was one of my groomsmen. We hung at and laughed about school and all of the old inside jokes. Dustin was at the wedding too. I stayed married for 8 years. We decided to divorce in march of 2004. Lately, I've been looking for a new door to walk through. In the meantime, I spend my free time riding my sportbike(03 Yamaha R1), singing with a band, going dancing, teaching martial arts, and writing. I'd love to catch up with everybody. Message me, and I'll get back to you asap. Oh yes.... one more thing. Guys(you know who you are), the plan will begin very soon. Time to get prepared. ;) Thanks for taking the time to read me. Ro
