Ron's Story
Worked for CIBC in various Ontario branches for 2 years after finishing at Herman. Left the bank to work for Toledo Scale for 9 years.
My sister Sharon, passed away in 1966.
I moved to Scotland (went home) in November of 1974. Only lasted 3 months and came back to Windsor.
Laid off from Toledo Scale for 14 months and finally got a job at J. N. Fauver, Canada, a hydraukic-pnuematic distributor, here in Windsor. Worked there from 1976 to 1980.

t married in December of 1976. Daughter born in September of 1977 and son born in February of 1980.
Worked in Physical Plant - Housekeeping Department at the University of Windsor from 1981 till the end of 2001. Took early retirement.
Worked on the midnight shift of the Building Box for a year to keep busy when it opened here in Windsor in 2001.
Back into retirement in 2002 till the present. Believe me retirement is not all its cracked up to be.
