Workplace
Started working experience at RCA in Aerospace. Worked on Project Apollo on the LEM and Lunar Landing System. Aerospace work was great but unstable. Left RCA and worked in Fiberglass Plant Engineering for 25 years,Finally made Design Engineering Manager and took an early out. dEx, US Postal Service and the New York City School System converting the old coal fired boilers to new gas/oil fired ones! Retired in 2004 and now enjoy my hobby as a Ham Radio Operator. Have around 43,000 contacts since 1980.
Military
Basic at Lackland AFB, Tech school at Lowry AFB, Colo. Shipped to McGuire AFB, NJ and assigned to the 46th ADMS Squadron (ADC) as Weapons Fusing Specialist. Working on the BOMARC Missile was a great experience!
Sure would like to activate one shelter with a bird as a museum type display like some of the NIKE boys have done!
