Life
Hey there old friends. Hope all of you are doing well. I have two amazing children. My son is nearly 26, married and working full time as a truck/coach mechanic, and my daughter is nearly 25, working as an addicitions counsellor!! They are the joy of my life, and I can't believe where the time has gone. I keep telling myself...you haven't aged!!!!! haha...I suppose that is inevitable. There is talk of grandkids from my son:)
I have 3 different businesses. I am a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist, and go into homes in the local Huron/Kinloss area. I also assist people via a nutritional cleansing program that helps to not only detoxify the body, but to help it to release unwanted weight. I am also a motorcycle instructor at Conestoga College, and a school bus driver for Montgomery bus lines!!! I've also just acquired a position with ONE CARE in Wingham, where I facilitate Senior Fitness Instruction at a variety of facilities. This opportunity is about to grow, and I'm enjoying the early stages of this career.

I've learned alot in my life...everyday I am learning something new. My concept is basically what Charles Swindoll had stated: "Life is about 10% what happens to me, and 90% of how I choose to deal with it." Oh yes, I've been dealt some interesting cards...but my decisions are all based on attitude.
I am living a life of abundant joy, and wish to share that joy with others. Being with those of like-mindedness truly matters to me.

My darling mom passed away August 18th 2007. She stated to me that "YOU DON'T JUST GO THROUGH LIFE, YOU GROW THROUGH LIFE!!" --Thanks so much Mom; missing you terribly. My kayak was purchased on the day of her passing, and when I take it out on the local waters, I feel remarkably close to her.
