Ronnie's Story
OK!! Guess I will try to give you all a lil more info on what i currently do. I run not jog. I regulerly run marathons and half marathons. I ran my first marathon at the tender age of 67. And have not stopped yet. I also started biking on road bikes at 69,and enjoy triathloning and duathlons. Took up golf about 3 years ago. Before that I golfed about 6 times a year. Now I am starting to get more interested in the silly game,and I think I am getting hooked. So in about 10 years w...Expand for more
hen my running is no more than a slow walk I will have golf to look froward too. OH yeah!! and sometime in the next year I am training for an Ultra Marathon. Which is considered as 31 miles or more. I retired in 1996 after 30 years ,from the Ventura County Fire Dept. And live in Sun Lakes Az. A private gated community.I allow no stress in my life and only do what I want when I want. Kids and grand kids I have some. So I am enjoying the life I have carved out these past 50+ years .
