Flat Rock high school was consolidated into North Surry (I think 1959) and I quit In October and went into the Army in Jan 1960. Married in '61 and moved to Greensboro, NC when I left the Army. Brother Marvin (Riggs in school) Underwood lives in Winston Salem now and brother Ted (Riggs in school) Underwood is deceased. Ted is buried in Midkiff Cemetery in Flat Rock community, Mt. Airy, NC.
