Ruth's Story

Life Got married in 1951, graduated from Leaksville High in 1952, Had a son in in 1953. Went to Winthrop Univer. and graduated. Had a daughter. Got devoiced, moved back to Eden and started over as a single parent. got a job as General Motors Accountant. Had some fun. Met another guy that I married and adopted my grandson. Accounting). Husband died and I met another great young guy that I only had a short time with when he had cancer and died. I am back single, with my own business and doing well. Am not interested in marrage again..only fun & friendship.When I am not working, I love to go to my little shack at Smith Mountain Lake (located on the poor side) and chill out.
