Chris's Story

Chris lives with her husband of 42 years in the high desert of Arizona. Jim is a retired Colonel. They own two nutty Lhasa Apsos named Biff and Dalai (named after the Dalai Lama). Chris still works with transitioning soldiers from Ft. Huachuca as a career counselor. Our son, Bryan, is a Major in the 82nd Airborne leaving for Afghanistan is 2 weeks for ...Expand for more
a year. Have a beautiful daughter-in-law, Jennifer and two lovely grandaughters named Isabella Caroline (5 years old) and Ava Taylor (7 months old). Loves golf and is a true bogey golfer with a handicap of 18. Strives to be a better golfer and whacks one heck of a lot range balls to continually find the perfect swing. Golf is NOT a game of perfect!

This is the little area Jim designed for Gunny on the loggia. He opened the lower panel for a breeze, put a soft rug there for him as well. Where does he nap? On the rough stone/ cement floor!
