Born Ryan Max Hendel at 1:02pm on the Friday afternoon of Halloween 1975 in Hollywood Florida, the son of a Puerto Rican mom and an Irish dad; raised in Margate & Boca Raton until the age of 7 and in Somerville New Jersey until the age of 12. He then moved with his dad to the home of his grandparents in Ardsley Pennsylvania. 8th grades Ryan studied under the Italian painter Eleanor Colosi. Mrs. Colosi was once paid for fire restoration work by the Italian government with a large Michelangelo statue which sat behind a security panel by Ryan's desk. Ryan graduated from Lansdale Catholic High School in 1994, the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Visual Communications in 1997 and Berkeley Education & Training Center with a Web Masters Certificate in 1999. He is a full-time graphic designer by day & he paints from home at night and on the weekends.
