Sabrina (Erma)'s Story

Workplace After high school I got married and had twin boys. My husband and I divorced a few years later and I moved to California where I was employed at Yamaichi Int'l a Japenese Stock Exchange office. I did not like LA, so I moved to Fresno CA to train horses for the race track. Eventually I moved on to Seattle WA and modeled for Eileen Seals Int'l for two years. I loved the work, but for me at 5'6" and covergirl material I worked very little, though I had alot of fun and met new people. Soonafter, I moved back to Oregon and met my husband Rusty. (We will celebrate our 10th wedding anniverstiy Sept. 2006). We have two children a girl, Cheyenne (7 yrs) and a boy, Slate (5 yrs). I took a family salsa recipe and started...Expand for more
my own company Old Homestead Salsa Co (now, Cowboy Poet's Salsa). We bought property in Montana 6 yrs ago and built our own house ourselves from the ground up. My husband is a builder by trade (as well as a Cowboy Poet). Our Salsa business is now in it's 9th retail year and doing great. Each year the company grows a little more. We are currently in about 40 stores, and Albertson's in Montana has taken us on. I also have just received news that my company's advertising campaign has just won an ADDY award. In the meanwhile, I am a full time secretary at a very large public school here in Billings MT. I've been here for 4-yrs and still loving it. Since my own children are now in Kindergarten and 1st grade this works great.
