Life
UPDATE
Divorced, happy and working at Yale University.
I have change careers and transitioned from financial services to a current position in marketing. Every is exciting and new. I look forward to carving my niche in career services at a university.
I continue to live a healthy and fit life. Love to dance and work out. I have included pilates as part of my workouts now. I have survived cancer and am proud of how my life has turned despite the obstacles along the way.
I have a wonderful husband. It's great to have your best friend. Someone who loves to do everything with you. We love to travel and see new places. We have yet to conquer all of Europe.
I have a nephew now. He's three years old and so adorable. We are spoiling him rotten!
I always wanted to be a model when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a silly idea. As it turns out, they were right. I like to eat. LOL.
My favorite way to relax is to enjoy a great cup of coffee while watching other people come and go and imagine what their lives are like. Or I just like to listen to my iPod on shuffle.
Nelson Mandela by far is one of my heroes. I am astounded by his fierce stance against aparthied and the sacrifices he made to see his country change. Now there are men out there who think they're tou...Expand for more
gh because they shoot and kill people. They are actually cowards. A real man stands for something just and then risks everything to see it come true. Now that's gangsta.
If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to family, then spend the rest on travel, travel and travel.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Mrs. Mary Maultsby Sister Eliza, because they both had a profound affect on me and I'd want to thank them..
My current age is 40. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be old and boring. I was so completely wrong.
My best friend would tell you I'm guarded, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as stuck up.
I share my home with husband, which I find still new to me.
In 10 years, I hope to be living somewhere more suburban. I'm going to get there by building my own business online.
My oldest friend is Donna Pryce. She and I have never shared a cross word and know each other's secrets. We clicked right away because she is so funny and generous. She was never the jealous type and so supportive. She turned out be an amazing mother and dynamic person.
My first job was at Key Food, where I got paid 3.35/hr to cashier. What I remember most about it is I was a faster scanner and the smelly basement. Yuck!!.
