Life
My Spouse
We met in the 7th grade & got married at 16-have been married 56 yrs. in April. He is retired from KC Water Dept. so life is full of adjustments. He looks forward to doing what he wants and I am looking forward to doing some things I don't want! Is not that the story of life for all of us? Actually, I am very blessed with a good marriage and a large family. Who would have guessed that such a child when married would come out with such a blessed life. He is Lord indeed!
My Pets
Angel Girl is a white standard poodle & a gorgeous dog. We had a black min. poodle when the kids were growing up & I was impressed by a poodles' intelligence & neatness.
My Kids
We have 3 sons & 3 daughters. Everyone thinks their kids are the greatest in...Expand for more
the world & I'm no different than anyone else. They are all normal people-made their own share of mistakes & came out of them in pretty good shape. We have 17(twin boys just born) grandkids & almost 17 grt. grand kids. Holidays are wall to wall at our home & we love it.
My Job
Need lots of patience and work with a lot of people and still retired. I enjoy very much the people I get involved with-it is not all about us!! Bob has no hobbies except old movies & history. He is a walking trivia board!! Too bad he did not pursue teaching because he would have been excellent. Oh well, with this large entourage of a family he has had a captive audience at times-some don't mind at all!! We have come quite a ways from Central & Pitcher schools. Sandy
